I first met Beverly shortly after she started attending Black Mountain Presbyterian Church,, and we enjoyed lots of good times together both in church and in each other's homes. She was a woman of boundless energy who always stepped forward whenever anybody needed anything and quickly became active in the church and community. I am going to miss my friend Beverly. She was smart, loving, kind, and just altogether a good woman. She could be sassy, too, but always with a sense of humor. I will miss her frequent calls and visits and the laughter we shared together, and I will be forever grateful to her nephew Adrian who kept those of us who loved Beverly informed during her final hospitalization. Thank you, Adrian.
